I had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the great sites of Gir, and the breathtaking views added to the overall experience. The food was tasty and hygienic, and the service and hospitality were truly 5-star. I especially enjoyed trying the local organic products sold in nearby shops and the heavenly tea and lassi at the chai shops. The entire team at the hotel, including receptionist Yuniush and F&B executive Jahed, were caring and helpful. I can't wait to come back and spend a few more days here.

Location and the staff made my stay at the hotel

The location is very good. The lace is very nice. It attracts a lot of tourist.

The location is very good but u need to improve a lot. It is not upto a taj group reputation. Very poor management and not good hospitality. Pl improve atleast for taj group name

The suite was spacious with modern decor and had a comfortable king-sized bed, making it perfect for a good night's sleep. The plush bathroom with premium fittings and a rain shower was like a personal oasis.

Personally, I found the queen-sized bed in the 15 square meter room a bit small for my liking.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. Made us feel at home.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area. It's conveniently situated near the necessary permit checks and guide hires for the park. The variety and quality of food served was exceptional. The staff was polite, friendly, and always willing to help out in any way.

The hotel is located in a peaceful and serene area, just beside the forest. It offers beautiful views of the mountains and valleys. the staff is excellent and always willing to help. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a nice balcony. the food is delicious with good variety of options.

The gym and common areas could definitely use a bit of renovation.

The value for money was great and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was convenient, especially for starting the safari. The staff treated us exceptionally well, always going above and beyond to meet our needs.

The food for breakfast could be improved, particularly the naan and paratha.

Food was a letdown. Bland and lacking in taste, even for basic staples like mashed potatoes and gravy.

A great jungle resort with attentive and friendly staff. The location is amazing, very close to the park, and it offers wonderful facilities and amenities such as a clean pool and tennis table. Rooms and bathrooms were cleaned and well-maintained, and the environment of the resort is perfect for relaxing and having a good time. the dinner was scrumptious, especially the Indian dishes.

Although our stay was excellent, there were little things that could have improved. some of the fabrics of the loungers chair's were ripped and the pool towels were sometimes stained.

Excellent staff, service, and hospitality. Breathtaking view, prime location near safari office. Good local shops, delicious food, and heavenly tea. Professional and caring staff. Well taken care of by the staff, even for a big family. Reception and luggage pick up were good.
